Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Saya Entertainment LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use Seller Stack (the “Service”). By using the Service, you acknowledge this Policy. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings in our Terms of Service.
1. Who this covers
This Policy covers operators who create Seller Stack accounts and use the Service. It does not make us a controller of your Walmart buyers’ personal data beyond what is needed to run matching and shipping workflows you initiate. You are responsible for your own privacy notices to consumers where required.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Account and authentication
- Name, email address, password (stored hashed), invite metadata, tenant membership.
- Login timestamps and basic session/security logs.
2.2 Marketplace and operations data
- Walmart API credentials you supply (stored for server-side use; access is restricted to operating the Service for your tenant).
- Order and line data retrieved from Walmart APIs (PO identifiers, SKUs, quantities, ship status, addresses as returned by Walmart).
- Vendor shipping-confirmation emails you forward (headers, body, carrier, tracking, ship-to fields needed for matching).
- Match proposals, confidence signals, your approvals/rejections, automation settings, and audit events.
2.3 Billing (when enabled)
If paid plans are enabled, a payment processor may collect payment method details. We do not intend to store full card numbers on our own servers.
2.4 Technical data
- IP address, user agent, approximate device/browser info, request logs, error diagnostics.
- Cookies or local storage needed for session auth and theme preference (e.g. light/dark).
We do not run third-party advertising trackers inside the authenticated product for MVP.
3. How we use information
- Provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.
- Match vendor ship emails to Walmart orders and submit ship updates you authorize.
- Enforce plan entitlements, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
- Communicate about the Service (security alerts, invite/beta notices, material Terms changes).
- Create aggregated, de-identified metrics that do not identify you.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Legal bases (where applicable)
Where a legal basis is required (e.g. GDPR-style regimes), we rely on: performance of a contract; legitimate interests in operating a secure multi-tenant SaaS; consent where we ask for it; and legal obligation.
5. Sharing
We share information only as needed with:
- Service providers (hosting, email ingress, error monitoring, payment processors) under contractual confidentiality.
- Marketplace / vendor APIs you connect (e.g. Walmart) when you use those features.
- Professional advisors (legal, accounting) under confidentiality.
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- Successors in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this Policy or equivalent protections.
We do not share your Walmart credentials with other tenants.
6. Retention
We retain account, order, email, match, and audit data for as long as your tenant is active and for a limited period afterward for security, dispute, and legal-compliance purposes, then delete or de-identify it according to our retention schedule. You may request export or deletion as described below; some records may be retained where law requires.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to an early-stage SaaS (including encrypted transport, hashed passwords, tenant isolation in application code, and restricted credential storage). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for strong passwords and protecting your devices and API keys.
8. International transfers
We may process data in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate transfer safeguards.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict certain personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and tenant authority. You may also close your account through available product flows or by contacting us.
You can control theme preference in the product UI. Essential cookies/local storage for auth cannot be disabled if you use the Service.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy by posting a new version with a new effective date and version id. Material changes will be highlighted when practical. Continued use after the effective date means you acknowledge the updated Policy.
